Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf. Michaelides uses third party businesses to perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, conducting website usage analysis, sending email or other communications, or performing other services. We may provide access to your personal information to such third parties in order for them to perform these services.
Third Parties When You Direct Us to Share Information. Michaelides may share information when you direct us to do so. For example, you may interact with us through Social Media Features through which information about you is shared or you may consent to have your information shared in connection with a Promotion we run with a third party. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. If you later decide that you no longer want to receive communications from a third party, you will need to contact that third party directly.
Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions. Michaelides may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the provisions, conditions, or official rules that govern the Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you (including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing materials). 5. “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

Likewise, our content may be included on third parties’ web pages and web sites that are not associated with Michaelides and over which we have no control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to non-Michaelides websites that may link to the Site or be linked to or from the Site.
